Did you know that the Washington DeafBlind Program receives federal funding for a portion of our services? The 2018-2023 grant was funded through the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) and the grant cycle will end September 2023. A Notice Inviting Applications (the request for proposals for the next grant cycle) came out December 2022. We’re pleased to announce success in submitting our application on Friday, March 10, 2023. It is expected grant award announcements will come out by late May 2023 – we’ll keep you posted on grant news!
